TARGET AUDIENCE: HS World Language Teachers
We will start the new year with creative ideas for incorporating reading activities and projects in the target language. Reading helps students build vocabulary and engages them in meaningful stories that can be connected to the units in our anchor resource. Teachers will be able to use and/or adapt these materials to use in their language classrooms. We will also continue our discussion on understanding performance vs. proficiency so that we are able to create shared assessments and shared rubrics that provide students with meaningful feedback.
